Due to an increase in the rental prices of commercial and residential properties, real estate developers are now moving towards cities like Manesar, Bhiwadi, Dharuhera, Rudrapur and Neemrana. “We have already started numerous projects in smaller towns in India. People there are equally motivated and look forward to a better lifestyle. Our integrated townships and malls are in great demand in Tier III and Tier IV cities,” said Mr. Pranav Ansal, Director, Ansal API. Bhiwadi is the next happening place after Gurgaon as the city is going through lot of development due to public and private participation. Some major industries here are Gillette, Kajaria, Bosch & Lomb, Tata Blue Scope Limited and Hero Honda. Real estate major Parsvnath Developers is planning to open a 14 hotels chain across India including Bhiwadi. The upcoming projects in Bhiwadi include Camellia Gardens Estate, Camellia Garden I and II and M Tech Heights by M Tech Developers Pvt Ltd, Hill View Garden by Trehan Home Developers and a project by Dreamland Promoters and Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Most of these are two, three, four bedroom apartments and villas with built up area of around 1200 to 1900 sq ft. Government is also participating in the development of Bhiwadi by developing a basic infrastructure to sustain the housing needs of the locals. So, this is the right time to move towards these cities.
